Who we are

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, chosen subject and message.
• Analytics data. Pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, device and browser type — aggregated, not used to identify you.
• Technical logs. IP address and request details, retained briefly for security.

Why we collect it

Newsletter details are processed on the basis of your consent. Contact form details are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, so we can answer you. Analytics and logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, to understand what is useful and keep the site secure.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies for three purposes: making the site function, understanding aggregate usage, and attributing affiliate referrals. Affiliate cookies are set by the retailer, not by Totlon, and are governed by that retailer’s own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — email delivery, hosting, analytics — and only to the extent they need it.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Contact messages for up to 24 months. Technical logs typically under 30 days.
